Residential construction
Independent homes, villas, duplexes and multi-floor family houses begin with the way you want to live. Site orientation, daylight, cross-ventilation, privacy, room connections, staircase access and parking are considered together. Rental and PG buildings require additional review of occupancy, circulation, service capacity and applicable safety requirements. The design, structural scheme and written BOQ are coordinated before construction so the approved scope is clear.
Commercial construction
Offices, retail shops, rental commercial buildings and business premises are planned around their intended operations, not a residential template. Customer and staff movement, delivery access, usable floor layouts, parking, washrooms, service routes and future maintenance inform the brief. Structural loads, power needs, water supply, drainage, accessibility and applicable fire-safety provisions are reviewed for the proposed use. Specialist systems and fit-out requirements are coordinated and included only where expressly agreed in the BOQ.
From foundation to finishing
The agreed scope can include excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete structure, masonry, electrical and plumbing coordination, waterproofing and finishes. Materials, quantities and exclusions are recorded in the BOQ; site conditions and approvals are checked before committing to the work.
Quality and handover
Engineering supervision, stage checks and documented progress keep decisions traceable. Handover covers the agreed finishing checks, available drawings and product documents, with any outstanding items recorded for follow-up.
