What can change
Only client-requested changes through a priced, signed change order, plus statutory fee changes. Government fees are charged at actuals.
How change orders work
You request a change. We explain its cost and effect on the schedule. You approve and sign before that additional work starts.
Payments and warranty
Stage-wise payment schedule: [PAYMENT SCHEDULE]. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions and issue-reporting arrangements are defined in your contract. Product warranties follow the applicable manufacturer terms.
