A finish begins below the paint
Fresh paint cannot resolve active seepage or a failing substrate. We first assess the surface and agree repairs, colours, sheen and product specifications. Interior and exterior systems are chosen for their different exposure and maintenance needs.

Inspect and agree the scope
Review dampness, cracks and old coatings. Agree areas, colours, finish, access and repairs; moisture sources must be addressed before painting.

Protect and prepare
Cover floors and fittings, mask edges and remove loose material. Clean, repair and sand the surface as required, using appropriate protection and ventilation.
- 03
Prime the substrate
Apply a compatible primer suited to the surface and chosen finish. Observe the product’s drying and recoating guidance rather than rushing to the next layer.

Apply the specified coats
Apply putty and topcoats as specified for the selected system, checking coverage and allowing required drying between layers. Coat count is agreed in the written scope.
- 05
Inspect, touch up and hand over
Review colour consistency, edges and visible defects under suitable lighting. Complete agreed touch-ups, remove protection and leave product details and care guidance.
